Retaining Walls

Retaining wall can be built in a wide range of ways these days with the variety of material available, there are too many to list.

We use quality irrigation products that comply with Australian water restrictions code and come with a two-year manufacturer warranty. The entire system is set up and installed just under the soil’s surface using a pressurised, slow release water drip line sending 100% of the water directly to the root area of your plants. This is all operated from a user friendly, waterproof, in-ground controller, so everything is hidden and out of sight.

Paving

Paving will always be the most solid and long-lasting options for paths, patios, entree points or entertaining areas, and is a key element to the end result of your project. So it must look amazing!

Unfortunately, so many times we’ve came across paving jobs that haven’t had the correct preparation, and though they may have looked great two years earlier, the test of time definitely shows through.

At DNT, we pride ourselves on top of the line paving techniques and put a huge emphasis on preparation and process, ticking all boxes along the way. We do this to make sure you have the longest wearing paving possible.

Depending on the area and density of subsoil we may need to pave on a ruff screed concrete base. For example, around pools we will pave on a reinforced concrete pre-lay slab that is tied into the bond beam of your pool. When paving with mortar, we will also paint all surface areas with a bonding agent to maximise adhesion. With a pool being a wet area, we will make sure all water runs to drainage points or storm water.

Although our main scope of work is landscape construction, we have a ‘no job is too small’ attitude. We are fully equipped and have a dedicated team to provide all aspects of maintenance and regular landscaping services.
